Alan, President
Alan has been with Princeton his whole life (his grandparents started Princeton in 1936 and he succeeds his father Sonny as the third generation.) He started out stringing wooden tennis racquets and building bicycles in the old Park Heights Avenue Store. His grandmother taught him how to build bicycle wheels. He opened the Columbia Store 2 years after graduating from college in 1981 (that's a clue for how old he is). Alan's true love is skiing, especially with kids. He thinks that he is the luckiest guy in the world, selling really cool and fun products and seeing his customers leave happy.Alan is very involved with Howard County including the Howard County Police Foundation. Alan also served on the board of SSL buying group for over a decade. Alan is an innovator in the retail industry and is bringing Princeton Sports to all new heights. Contact Alan
Sonny, The Legend
Sonny has been working at Princeton Sports all his life. He took over the family business in 1959, and brought skis and tennis into the store in the 1960's. Sonny is a true leader in retail. He was the founder of SSL merchandising group and sat as the chairman of the board for 25 years. Sonny has passed on the family business to both his sons, but is still a fixture at the Falls Road location.
Mike Stone, Stoney
Mike Stone or as everyone refers to him Stoney is the man behind the scenes making it all happen. Mike is an integral part of our partnership with The Mid Maryland Triathlon Club, The Tuesday Night Rides, The Columbia and Irongirl Triathlon as well as Femme. You can catch on the road often taking afternoon rides on his new Cannondale bicycle. Stoney refers to himself as the "Radar" (from M.A.S.H.) to Princeton Sports but he is a lot more. Stop by and say hi to Stoney in the Columbia Store.

Paul has made our tennis department one of the best around and has brought innovative ski boot fitting techniques to Baltimore. Contact Paul
