A & AA level riders still meet for a very fast paced training ride at 6:00PM from our Columbia location every Tuesday night. If you join them, expect a spirited 25 mile ride along the rolling hills of Howard County, following most of the Columbia Triathlon Loop
Irongirls, join us every Sunday morning at 9:00 AM for a leisurely 17 mile ride through Howard County led my the members of the Mid Maryland Tri Club and sagged by Princeton Sports

Ryan is Columbia's bicycle department manager. An expert road and mountain bike rider. You can catch Ryan on the trails for helpful tips on having fun.
Corey is the man behind the bicycle department. He started as a BMX racer and soon went to full size bicycles. He now rides on and off the road.
