Tuesday Night Ride
A & AA level riders still meet for a very fast paced training ride at 6:00PM from our Columbia location every Tuesday night. If you join them, expect a spirited 25 mile ride along the rolling hills of Howard County, following most of the Columbia Triathlon Loop
Sunday Morning Rides
We ride every Sunday morning at 9:00 AM and ride the Irongirl Loop. This ride is led by the ladies of the Mid Maryland Tri Club. Everyone is welcome and no one is left behind. The ti club will be able to teach all levels basic riding techniques.We also have a sag vehicle in case anyone has mechanical issues or if you just get tired.
Corey Adams, a legend in his own time is in charge of the bicycle department. Corey has been with us for a long, long time and he's learned a lot, just ask him.
