SATURDAY JUNE 01, 2013Hello Mr Davis I just wanted to tell you how great your store and employees are.I have been a customer for many years now because of your Columbia stores customer service.It started with Mike Stone who told me to come ride a Specialized Tarmac demo on a Tuesday night ride.I was quite out of shape but could not pass up that opportunity I was very slow and Mike stayed with me the whole time instead of riding with the group.Any time I have come to your store I am treated like family it is sooooo warming.The most recent was last week I had some work done to my bike but when I rode my bike after the work it made a clicking sound I hate my bike making noise so I brought it back in and Matt took it and fixed it on the spot no questions asked I thought I would have to leave it and be without a bike but I had my bike back with in about 20 minutes fixed with no noise.I live near Annapolis where there is a Bike Doctor on every corner but I drive 50 miles round trip to your store because of how I am treated.I do not know much about bikes so it is very comforting at your store when I am told something needs to be replaced I never need to wonder if it really does.I bought my mountain bike from you and my drean is to own a Specialized road bike one day when I can afford one and guess where I will buy it :) Every employee is as nice as the next whom ever does the hiring does a owesome job.I thought you should know this and again I just want to THANK YOU.–Kevin Davis

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 01, 2012"I want to thank the staff of Columbia Princeton Sports, on Friday 27 July 2012 near closing time the staff was patient and courteous with me the whole time during my search for the right bike. I thought the search was exhausted and planned to go home and look online for what I wanted, when Corey Adams walking out the store to go home sincerely commented that's a good bike, I explained it's not what I was looking for. He stopped and took interest in what I was looking for, I explained and said lets go inside and see if we can find it, by that time it was ten till eight (closing) most people would be annoyed and say, you can come back in the morning. Corey Adams was able to pull up the bike that I was looking for and the lockout shock I was wanting installed on it. Cory placed the order and processed the payment with no sign of grief. That, night ended half hour passed closing, as I thanked him for the help and he said to me,"No problem whatever takes to get you out biking," his statement was genuine. Since then I have been back for a couple of fixes and adjustments, this has been made painless with Princeton Sports one year free maintenance and warranty on parts and labor. When you talk to Cory Adams you can see he purely loves the sport and clearly puts his heart into the craft of bicycle engineering.–Mackey

He did such a nice job of explaining the equipment, showing my son how to use everything and made Gordy, my son, feel just super happy to have a new snowboard!! He even took time to show me how to pack the travel bag when I came back with a question. Now that is service!!! Josh was also very helpful and kind. FRIDAY DECEMBER 30, 2011"I would like to thank everyone, especially Zach, for working with me on the purchase of my Synapse Carbon Rival 4. I have had it out on several rides now and everything is working flawlessly. First of all, it smooths out the tar and chip roads very well. It makes climbing a piece of cake. Ten percent grades are no problem. The bike handles extremely well on fast descents also. The FSA Wing bars are really nice for long climbs, with the great flat area for my hands. FRIDAY DECEMBER 09, 2011"Over the past two decades, I have owned a range of bicycles and interacted with most of the reputable bike shops in the greater Baltimore area. My wife Rohini has spent several years going through various bikes (and shops) in search of a bike properly fitted to her measurements and riding preferences. At every other store we visited, the employees were more interested in making Rohini fit a bike than in ensuring that a bike fit Rohini. Only when we came to Princeton Sports and worked with Matt did she get the thoughtful, attentive, gracious service we had sought all along. Matt not only worked patiently through the details of Rohini's size, reach and preferred riding position; within 24 hours of our first visit, he had specifically built up a new bike for her to test alongside others in the shop. He then consulted with her during her test rides and arranged for immediate adjustments to the bike she chose, including replacing and then narrowing the handlebar. Rohini was thrilled, and loves the bike. In addition, after watching me pedal around on my own bike--one not purchased at Princeton Sports--during my wife's test rides, Matt suggested a slightly shorter and more raised stem and swapped out the part on the spot. FRIDAY OCTOBER 12, 2012""After many weeks of pain after my rides, X-rays, an MRI and follow-up with my Neurosurgeon, you cured my problem. I cannot begin to think you enough for the time you spent adjusting my bike , as well as a few riding tips that I’m now practicing. I had purchased my CAAD10 from Princeton this past Spring, loved the bike, increased my miles, in comparison to previous years, until about mid- July when I began to have significant neck and arm issues. I barely rode in August or September and when I did it was painful afterwards. When I spoke to you a week ago you made the time that evening to see me. Having already registered for the Seagull Century the timing was perfect. This past Saturday I rode the metric , wasn’t certain I wanted to risk the full 100 miles since this was my first ride after the fit. To make a long story short, the ride went perfectly, no tightening, neck or arm pain. Many thanks to your expertise and helping me enjoy cycling once again. SUNDAY AUGUST 4, 2013Dear Mr. Davis, My daughter, Heather and I came out to your store in Columbia, MD this morning for the group ride and were totally impressed with the ride and all of your staff. We are new to cycling and this was our first experience with your store and I am delighted to say that it left a lasting great impression. The ride was well organized and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Heather got a flat tire about 6 miles out on the ride, we called Andrew for assistance and within a short time, He and Travis were there to assist us. Travis quickly changed the flat and was courteous and professional. While placing the tire back on the frame, he noticed that the handle bars on Heather's bike had been put on upside down. (Now embarrassing enough, there is a family story behind the handle bars as this was a bike purchased from a online bike company.) Travis fixed the handlebars, placing them on correctly, alleviating the challenges she had been having but couldn't figure out why her bike wasn't shifting correctly. The next 10 miles were awesome for Heather and she rode happily and safely back to your store. Travis and Andrew were very professional and amiable while helping us and we greatly appreciated their efforts in fixing her bike's issues. While back at the store, several of your staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as we purchased some additional pieces of equipment for our bikes. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful experience to those of us who are new to the sport of cycling and those that are more experienced. It was a beautiful day for a ride and we are both glad and grateful that we chose to come up to your store for the ride.
